It accesses the WebStorage database using the PostgreSQL JDBC driver. Using PostgreSQL JDBC, JWebStorage accesses the WebStorage PostgreSQL database directly. When using SSL, the PostgreSQL driver uses the non-validating SSL factory. JWebStorage uses the standard classes HttpURLConnection and HttpsURLConnection to connect to a webserver having installed the WebStorage.
