Recipe Box has a commonplace interface with only a few buttons for creating, editing, and viewing recipes. It includes options to manage recipe entries; plan a menu; create and edit shopping lists; and view three dictionaries. The program doesn't include any recipes, though it's easy to add your own. You can import or export recipes in an extension unique to the program, or add recipe ingredients to a shopping list. The Menu Manager lets you create a meal name and associate recipes with it. The Dictionaries menu includes preloaded databases for ingredients, measurements, and prep methods, which can be viewed and edited. You cannot store more than 10 recipes and printing is disabled with the trial version. This program worked fine in testing and anyone can use it, but most won't be impressed by its design or functionality.
