Dia-Log: A Diabetes Daily Log Manager

Users must go through numerous screens to input information with Dia-Log's poorly designed interface. Navigation problems are increased by several nag screens that pop up with each function click and the multiple colors and colored backgrounds that make the scrolling text difficult to read. The Glucose log does include a helpful Glucose Summary feature, but users must use military time when recording readings and the screen is crowded with information. Additional features include guidelines for nutrition, meal planning, exercise, and a list of diabetes organizations. The program does include diabetic recipes, but they are limited to nine in trial version. Newly diagnosed diabetics should use caution with this 15-use trial, as some of the information, such as the diabetic symptoms, can be misleading.
