Editors' ReviewDownload.com staffNovember 6, 2003Once you get the hang of GymPad, it proves to be a flexible exercise tracker and planner. User setup is easy and captures weight, height, and other personal information. The cleanly designed interface is divided into a tree list of activities and an exercise planner, with a translucent calendar unobtrusively set on the lower left-hand corner. Though it could use a guide to getting started, it works quite simply. Click on the calendar to select a day and create a workout. Just drag and drop activities, divided into weightlifting and cardio, onto the planner and add heart rate, duration, and distance. You can save combinations to easily populate the planner with common workouts. There's a nice feature to chart weight over time, and you can print your workout to take to the gym. There's a 15-day limit to the trial version. Any exercise enthusiast will appreciate GymPad's abilities to plan and log activities.
